Illustration & CGV

• Si les heures convenues sur le devis initial sont dépassées, une facture à part sera crée. Un acompte de 50% sur le total de la commande se devra être versé avant tout commencement.
• Après validation, si le "sketch" ou les "lines" ne vous plaisent pas, 25% de l'acompte vous sera rembourser. En revanche, après le travail exécuté, aucun remboursement ne sera effectuable. Vous pouvez également régler la totalité directement.

• LES CGV se devront être validées avant chaque début de commande. De ce fait, rien ne sera commencé avant la validation du contrat. En effet, les CGV vous assure du bon déroulement de projet.

• Vous vous engagez dans un projet sérieux. Afin d'honorer ce dernier, la date du solde du versement restant ne pourra pas être reportée, sous peine d'une majoration à taux horaire.

Préparation de votre commande

• Voici les étapes lors de la préparation de votre commande :
- Je commence par un sketch et/ou éventuellement un "moodboard" concernant les illustrations. (Vous avez le droit à deux changements gratuits au cours de celui-ci. Si vous souhaitez changer d’avis et arrêter la collaboration, cela est possible. Cependant le sketch restera payant puisque le travail a déjà été commencé.)
- Je met ensuite au propre. [LINING]
- Je colorise.

• Il est difficilement possible de changer drastiquement le projet pendant ce processus. Profitez donc de la première étape [SKETCH) pour effectuer des altérations.

• Les retouches après sketch seront calculées au taux horaire de 35 EUR/h. Cependant, j’accepte gratuitement UNE retouche de couleur à la fin.

• Les commandes seront également publiées sur mes réseaux, en basse qualité incluant une watermark. Veuillez me prévenir si cela vous gêne.

• Si vous avez des références pour illustrer vos idées, cela peut m’être très utile, donc, n’hésitez pas ! Je commencerai vos commandes le plus vite possible et par ordre chronologique.

• Mes illustrations ne sont pas utilisables à titre commercial. Voir conditions dans les C.G.V. Veuillez respecter les droits à la propriété intellectuelles. Les prix sont susceptibles de changer.

If the hours agreed upon in the initial quote are exceeded, a separate invoice will be created. A 50% deposit of the total order must be paid before any work begins.
After validation, if you do not like the "sketch" or the "lines", 25% of the deposit will be refunded to you. On the other hand, once the work is executed, no refund will be possible. You can also pay the full amount directly.
The T&C (Terms and Conditions) must be validated before each order begins. As a result, nothing will be started before the validation of the contract. Indeed, the T&C ensures the smooth running of the project.
You are committing to a serious project. In order to honor it, the due date for the remaining balance cannot be postponed, under penalty of an increase at an hourly rate.

I start with a sketch and/or possibly a "mood board" regarding the illustrations. (You are entitled to two free changes during this step. If you wish to change your mind and stop the collaboration, this is possible. However, the sketch will remain paid since the work has already started.)
I then clean it up. [LINING]
I color it.

It is hardly possible to drastically change the project during this process. Therefore, take advantage of the first step (SKETCH) to make alterations.
Touch-ups after the sketch will be calculated at an hourly rate of 35 EUR/h. However, I accept ONE free color touch-up at the end.
Orders will also be published on my networks in low quality including a watermark. Please let me know if this bothers you.
If you have references to illustrate your ideas, this can be very useful to me, so do not hesitate! I will start your orders as quickly as possible and in chronological order.
